Job Description
As a Sales Manager (Leisure), drive revenue growth by crafting tailored sales strategies based on comprehensive market analysis, engaging in proactive prospecting to expand the client base and fostering enduring relationships. Showcase polished presentation skills at industry events, execute sales calls in alignment with the sales plan, and coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to develop marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop a sales strategy for the leisure market segment. Create selling strategies to capture the maximum amount of revenue. Solicit new business opportunities from international operators, travel agents, and wholesalers. Prospect from various sources to expand the account base. Prepare weekly or monthly activity and production reports. Nurture and maintain existing client relationships. Administer weekly sales call and monthly site inspection plans.

Qualifications
