Lead and coordinate a nursing team of 8-15 staff. Oversee daily clinical activities and ensure high standards of patient care.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 8–15 nursing staff
- Oversee daily clinical activities and assignments
- Assess and evaluate nursing care
- Uphold infection control and medication safety
- Manage staff scheduling and delegation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- DHA License as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 5 years as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Charge Nurse
