Business Development Representative
Job Description
At Deck, you’ll identify, engage, and qualify new opportunities by prospecting into target accounts. You'll research and personalize outreach using multiple channels to generate pipeline and open doors to high-value accounts. This is a high-growth role with a path to AE/AM in 12-15 months.
Responsibilities
- Prospect into target accounts based on Deck’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Research and personalize outreach using email, calls, LinkedIn, and video
- Manage 8–12 touch cadences over 2–3 weeks with high personalization
- Engage prospects quickly and qualify opportunities against business pain points
- Collaborate with Account Executives on campaigns and provide warm handoffs
- Log activity and insights in HubSpot
Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in a BDR/SDR role or other customer-facing SaaS role
- Resilient, competitive, and coachable personality with a growth mindset
- Strong communication skills and ability to uncover pain points through conversation
- Organized and able to run high-quality outreach at volume
- Curious and proactive about learning technology and new industries
