Job Description
Authentic Chinese speaker with a Taiwan or Mainland China accent to record natural-sounding phone conversations for a multilingual AI platform. Simulations include customer support interactions such as spelling names and email addresses.
Responsibilities
- Record natural-sounding phone conversations for an AI platform
- Call a demo phone line and record caller-side sessions
- Spell names, email addresses, and phone numbers naturally
- Vary tone, pace, and speaking style for realism
- Record calls across multiple environment types
- Accurately log call metadata in tracking sheets
Qualifications
- Authentic Chinese accent from Taiwan or Mainland China
- Ability to place real phone calls (VoIP not permitted)
- Comfortable recording audio with background noise
- Ability to meet short turnaround timelines
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, contract-based role
