SE Operations Coordinator
Job Description
Support the Service Excellence Operations Manager with delivering equipment and personnel required to support local operations. Ensures the planning, mobilization and demobilization activities are efficiently and effectively directed and supported.
Responsibilities
- Locates personnel as required to meet project assignments
- Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of personnel
- Obtain required medicals, visa, and training
- Coordinate personnel competency assessments
- Arrange accommodation for personnel
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in project management, business management or related field
- Previous experience with planning and administration of personnel
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications
