Job Description

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and expand the customer base for our labels business. Responsible for developing new clients, managing key accounts, and promoting label solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for labels
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships
  • Promote and sell pressure-sensitive labels and packaging solutions
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiations
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
  • Coordinate with production and technical teams
  • Follow up on payments and maintain healthy customer accounts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in labels/packaging
  • Strong understanding of label products, materials, and printing processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
