Business Development Executive – Labels
Job Description
Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and expand the customer base for our labels business. Responsible for developing new clients, managing key accounts, and promoting label solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for labels
- Manage and grow existing client relationships
- Promote and sell pressure-sensitive labels and packaging solutions
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiations
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
- Coordinate with production and technical teams
- Follow up on payments and maintain healthy customer accounts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in labels/packaging
- Strong understanding of label products, materials, and printing processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
