Senior Specialist/Engineer Service Operations Database
Job Description
Provide Service Operations support to external customers, managing Production, DR, and QA databases across multiple environments including Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Production, DR, and QA databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB).
- Perform proactive monitoring and performance tuning.
- Respond to incidents and troubleshoot in a 24x7 environment.
- Execute database backups and disaster recovery activities.
- Apply patches and version upgrades.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-10 years experience in a production DBA role.
- Certification in Oracle and MongoDB or SQL is mandatory.
