Job Description

Implement, drive and manage all Housekeeping business requirements and related activities of the Hotel and Residences. The role requires entrepreneurial leadership to meet guest and employee satisfaction while managing budgets and operational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage housekeeping procurement and purchasing systems
  • Drive systems and schedules for cleaning and maintenance
  • Manage recruitment and performance appraisals for the department
  • Write and implement Standard Operating Procedures
  • Manage annual operating budget and monthly forecasts
  • Review and manage department work schedules and productivity
  • Conduct market research on new products and equipment
  • Maintain high standards of grooming and presentation
  • Oversee redecoration or replacement of furniture and fixtures

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping management within luxury hotels or resorts
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
