Job Description
We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our Employee Banking team and play a key role in expanding Wio’s payroll ecosystem. You’ll be the bridge between Wio and our corporate partners.
Responsibilities
- Drive execution of employee banking and payroll acquisition strategies
- Engage with HR, Payroll, and Finance decision-makers
- Manage end-to-end payroll onboarding
- Provide proactive account management and support to payroll clients
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads
Qualifications
- UAE banking experience of 3–5+ years in Employee Banking or Corporate Payroll
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Proven track record in managing corporate relationships
