Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Group HR Project Lead to drive and deliver strategic HR initiatives across multiple business units. This role will lead cross-functional HR projects focused on transformation, process optimization, systems implementation, and policy harmonization at the group level.
Responsibilities
- Lead group-wide HR projects (transformation, policy standardization, HRIS)
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Partner with Group HR, business leaders, and external vendors
- Drive alignment across subsidiaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of HR experience, including 3–5 years leading HR projects
