Operations Manager – F&B / Health-Food/Catering Sector
Job Description
Lead end-to-end operational performance across food production, central kitchen, healthy-food manufacturing, and catering. Ensure food safety compliance (HACCP/ISO) and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Plan and optimize daily production and distribution
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and ISO 22000
- Manage procurement and inventory control
- Drive gross and net margin performance
- Coach and develop production and QA teams
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Operations Management, or related field
- 5–10 years’ experience in F&B manufacturing or catering
- Leadership experience (minimum 3 years)
