Job Description

Lead end-to-end operational performance across food production, central kitchen, healthy-food manufacturing, and catering. Ensure food safety compliance (HACCP/ISO) and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and optimize daily production and distribution
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and ISO 22000
  • Manage procurement and inventory control
  • Drive gross and net margin performance
  • Coach and develop production and QA teams
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Operations Management, or related field
  • 5–10 years’ experience in F&B manufacturing or catering
  • Leadership experience (minimum 3 years)
