Business Development & Client Success Manager — Digital Marketing
Job Description
We’re hiring a hybrid profile to grow our business in Dubai and act as the main point of contact for clients across digital marketing projects.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospects in hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, and premium brands
- Book meetings, qualify leads, and build a structured pipeline
- Prepare proposals and close deals
- Be the day-to-day client contact for follow-ups and alignment
- Turn client needs into clear briefs and actionable plans
- Coordinate delivery with internal content and media teams
- Track performance and propose optimizations based on KPIs
Qualifications
- Experience in business development and/or account management (agency, media, SaaS, etc.)
- Solid understanding of digital marketing (social, paid ads, content, basic web)
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Professional English; Arabic is a plus
