Corporate Counsellor - Union Properties
Job Description
Union Properties PJSC is seeking an experienced and dedicated Corporate Counsellor to join our team. This role involves providing confidential counselling, psychological assessments, preventive mental health programs, crisis intervention, and advisory support to leadership and HR on workplace mental health matters. The objective is to enhance employee productivity, resilience, and overall organizational well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide confidential one-on-one counselling to employees for issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, and burnout
- Conduct psychological assessments and mental health evaluations
- Offer short-term therapy, guidance, and referrals for long-term treatment
- Manage crisis interventions, including emotional distress or trauma
- Design and deliver mental health awareness programs, workshops, and training sessions
- Develop stress management, resilience, and work-life balance initiatives
- Advise HR and leadership on mental health policies and psychosocial risks
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with standards
- Ensure compliance with mental health laws and data privacy regulations
Qualifications
- For Counsellor/Psychologist: Master’s degree in Psychology / Counselling Psychology / Clinical Psychology
- For Psychiatrist: MBBS with MD/DNB in Psychiatry
- Valid license/registration with relevant professional or medical councils
- 10+ years of relevant clinical or counselling experience (corporate experience preferred)
