Finance/Accounting Associate
Job Description
The position combines direct operational responsibility at the factory level with exposure to broader financial and business decisions across the group. It is designed for a highly capable early-career professional seeking accelerated development through real responsibility, close interaction with management, and progressively increasing scope.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate daily accounting records (invoices, expenses, cost entries)
- Reconcile cash, bank, and supplier accounts
- Track inventory, COGS, and material consumption
- Prepare weekly dashboards covering profitability, variances, and cash flow
- Conduct cost analysis for production processes, materials, and labor
- Support compliance with internal controls and audit procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience (strong new graduates encouraged)
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
- High integrity, ambition, and discipline
