Store Manager
Job Description
The Store Manager is responsible for achievement of sales targets, managing and developing the store teams in order to maximize profitability, maintain brand and Company image, ensure operational compliance and offer an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure highest levels of customer service delivery
- Create innovative approaches to attract new customers and expand traffic
- Track brand performance and monitor stock levels
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Coach, train, and mentor the store teams
- Plan and execute in-store processes like cash handling and stock management
- Provide feedback to Buying and Planning departments
Qualifications
- 4 – 5 years’ industry experience with Managerial Background
