Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to support growth in a healthcare organization through on-ground business development activities, health camps, medical events, and corporate outreach. This is a field-based role, requiring regular site visits, coordination, and relationship management with corporate and community partners.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute health camps, medical camps, corporate wellness programs, and community outreach events
- Conduct field visits to corporate offices, schools, residential communities, and organizations to promote healthcare services
- Identify, approach, and establish B2B partnerships, corporate tie-ups, referral networks, and community collaborations
- Manage end-to-end execution of camps and events, including logistics, staffing coordination, approvals, and follow-up
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate HR teams, decision-makers, referral doctors, and community representatives
- Coordinate closely with internal clinical, nursing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of all activities
- Track leads, patient conversions, and revenue generated from business development initiatives
- Prepare regular activity reports and performance updates for management
- Ensure all activities comply with DHA and healthcare regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare business development, preferably with strong fieldwork and event execution exposure
- Proven experience in organizing health camps, corporate wellness programs, and community outreach activities
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to work extensively in the field and manage multiple activities simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office (reports, proposals, presentations)
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
