Software Developer - Front End (Remote)
Job Description
Join the Data Management Platform Experience team at Splunk to build solutions for data management, analysis, and search. You will develop modern web applications using React, HTML5, and CSS3, enabling users to process and analyze log events through intuitive interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and improve Splunk’s SaaS infrastructure
- Work with modern web technologies like React, HTML5, CSS3, and Python
- Write JavaScript unit tests and build responsive web applications
- Ensure technical feasibility of UX/UI designs
- Develop UI specifications for Web and Mobile applications with AI capabilities
- Monitor system stability, investigate incidents, and optimize performance
Qualifications
- Bachelors + 5 years of frontend experience, or Masters + 3 years of related experience
- Built and delivered apps on Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform
- Intermediate knowledge of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks (React and/or BackboneJS)
- Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design, etc.)
- Proficient with Node.js and common NPM modules
- Experience with automated software and system management tools
