Job Description

Support critical business functions and provides detailed and specialized IT technical expertise. Works under general direction to prove IT support to end users for their daily incidents and service requests.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first level support onsite or through call center
  • Carry out deployment and installation of end user computer equipment
  • Fulfill end users IT requests for software installations and configurations
  • Facilitate end user hardware and operating systems upgrades
  • Participate in end user computing projects
  • Contribute to the development of software installation procedures

Qualifications

  • Diploma degree in Computer Science, IT, or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of IT experience
