Senior Manager - Dive Operations
Job Description
Senior leadership role responsible for the launch and ongoing operational excellence of a world-class dive center. Full accountability for the safe, efficient, and premium delivery of all diving activities. Includes oversight of training, environmental stewardship, and revenue streams.
Responsibilities
- Full establishment and launch of the dive center
- Recruit and develop a high-performing dive operations team
- Accountability for safe and efficient daily operations
- Ensure compliance with DSM Red Sea Global Dive Safety Manual
- Lead dive excursions and oversee certification programs
- Manage dive-related sales and retail operations
- Coordinate with Sustainability and SEZ departments
Qualifications
- Certified PADI Instructor
- Minimum of 500 logged dives
- Certified at least 50 students
- Proven experience in dive center and/or resort management
- Valid Fit-to-Dive medical certification
