Job Description

Overall leadership and accountability for the BMO and delivery of all seven workstreams. Act as primary interface between BMO and client leadership, Corporate PMO, Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR, Risk and Internal Audit.

Responsibilities

  • Own the BMO governance model and ensure implementation
  • Integrate planning, contracts, cost, D&I, risk, digital and HR support
  • Approve BMO plans, priorities and resource allocations
  • Oversee preparation of performance review packs
  • Sponsor continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coach and mentor core team members

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management or related field
  • 15+ years total experience; 5+ years in PMO/BMO leadership
  • Extensive experience in PMO/BMO/EPMO governance roles on large programs
