Service Desk Clerk
Job Description
Serve the Operations and Maintenance Support Services in support of the U.S. Department of State in Iraq. Responsible for accepting service calls 24/7 through shift work and managing maintenance data in GMMS or Maximo.
Responsibilities
- Receive and document requests for maintenance via phone, walk-ins, and emails
- Issue work order/service tickets in GMMS or Maximo
- Process, track, and manage data in GMMS
- Dispatch personnel by phone, email, or radio
- Prioritize calls as emergency, urgent, or routine
- Perform 100% customer call back to ensure satisfactory resolution
- Perform operator-level preventive maintenance on desktop workstation
Qualifications
- One (1) year experience providing help desk customer service
- High school diploma or GED
- Already possess a US Government issued security clearance or MRPT
