Strategic Account Manager - Multifamily Partnerships
Job Description
As a Strategic Account Manager at Liberty Rent, you will serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to property management companies, helping them increase occupancy and drive NOI through Liberty Rent’s solutions.
Responsibilities
- Understand occupancy challenges and deliver Liberty Rent’s solutions
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Proactively manage a book of business using internal and external data
- Leverage industry network to identify new strategic partnerships
- Own the client relationship lifecycle from onboarding to expansion
- Represent Liberty Rent at industry events and trade shows
- Track performance and revenue targets using CRM (Zoho) and Power BI
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales or account management experience in the multifamily housing industry
- Established relationships with regional or national property management companies
- Proven ability to exceed sales quotas
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (Preferred)
