Job Description
To plan, develop, and deliver technical training programs for MEP staff to improve skill levels, safety awareness, and compliance with company and client standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical training for MEP trades (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting)
- Prepare and deliver classroom and on-site practical training
- Assess technical competency of technicians and supervisors
- Develop and update training materials, SOPs, and manuals
- Identify skill gaps and recommend corrective training plans
- Ensure training compliance with HSE and client requirements
- Maintain training records and attendance
Qualifications
- Diploma / Engineering qualification in MEP discipline
- 6–8 years of experience in Facilities Management / MEP operations
- Strong practical knowledge of MEP systems and troubleshooting
- Good communication and presentation skills
