Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate key priorities and targets for the sales organization
- Drive the Route-to-Market strategy by establishing strategic partnerships
- Achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators
- Control expenses to meet budget guidelines
- Manage and empower the team through coaching and feedback
- Ensure premium brand values and customer experience consistency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B direct sales
- At least 3 years in a Sales Management role
- Strong track record in managing and developing teams
