Job Description
This is a mixed use development project. You’ll be responsible for leading with safety first, driving delivery excellence, upholding integrity through strategic development, and creating opportunity by fostering collaboration. Lead and manage all aspects of project controls including planning and scheduling, cost control, change management, risk management, reporting and governance.
Responsibilities

- Drive delivery excellence, aligning planning and performance with client vision
- Uphold integrity through strategic development and sustainable outcomes
- Create opportunity by fostering collaboration, innovation, and knowledge-sharing
- Lead and manage all aspects of project controls including planning, cost control, risk, and reporting
- Coordinate with PMCM leadership and client teams to align controls with project delivery strategy
- Partner with cost consultants on budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
- Support value engineering and cost-benefit reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or quantity surveying
- 15–20 years of experience in project controls and program delivery oversight
- At least 7 years in a project/program controls leadership role within a PMCM/PMC or engineering consultancy environment
- 5+ years of GCC experience, preferably on mega projects involving infrastructure and building components
- Proven ability to manage integrated controls over projects with a cumulative value exceeding QAR 1 billion
