Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Quantity Surveyor with approximately two years of experience in contracting construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs
- Track project costs and cash flow
- Prepare interim valuations and subcontractor invoices
- Handle variation orders and claims
- Support tender preparation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- At least 2 years’ experience with a contracting construction firm
