Business Development Director - Construction / Facilities Management

Required to join an established contractor in Saudi Arabia. The Business Development Director is responsible for driving the organization’s growth within the construction and Facility Management (FM) sectors by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and securing long-term contracts. The role focuses on expanding market presence, strengthening client relationships, and guiding the business development team to achieve revenue and profitability targets. **Applicants should meet the following criteria:** * A degree in Engineering. * Hands-on experience in construction and operations & maintenance industry within Saudi Arabia. * Overall relevant experience of at least 20-25 years, of which no less than 10 years must be at executive / function head level. * A proven ability to develop business with the construction and facilities management sector. * An excellent communicator with high level presentation skills. * English / Arabic Language skills.
