Job Description
The individual will be a highly motivated and experienced Emirati national responsible for overseeing all interactions between our organization and UAE government entities. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring in-depth knowledge of UAE regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive government relations strategy
- Proactively build relationships with key government stakeholders
- Oversee all labor and immigration-related documentation and processes
- Ensure full organizational compliance with all labor regulations
- Oversee all company licensing, renewals, and amendments
- Lead, mentor, and develop the government relations team
Qualifications
- Emirati national
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, Public Relations, or related field
- 7+ years experience with at least 2 years as a manager in a GR department
