Healthcare Data Analyst
Job Description
Our client is a behavioral health engagement company that integrates physical and behavioral healthcare. We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join the Data Analytics Team to analyze complex data sets to drive platform improvements and support business decisions. You will collaborate with Product, Operations, and Growth teams to deliver insights and visualizations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture reporting and analytics needs
- Translate requirements into data needs by defining sources and transformations
- Develop and maintain SQL models (PostgreSQL) across environments
- Perform QA and validation of all new data fields prior to deployment
- Design dashboards translating questions into actionable visualizations
- Document calculations and provide contextual notes for insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative or informatics field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or feature engineering
- Advanced experience with Sisense, Power BI, or similar BI tools
- Strong hands-on skills with PostgreSQL and Python (pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)
- Experience in healthcare and/or startup technology environments preferred
