Job Description
Greif is a global leader in performance packaging located in 40 countries. We are searching for an Human Resources Business Partner to provide support to our colleagues onsite. HRBPs are responsible for driving HR processes, policies, practices and programs to ensure and maintain consistency across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Turkish management team to implement HR strategies
- Act as point of contact for performance management and conflict resolution
- Partner with Union representatives during negotiations
- Identify training needs and coordinate programs
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes
- Execute monthly payroll and maintain HR records in Workday
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of HR best practices (talent management, employee relations)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of Turkish labor laws and regulations
- Experience as an HRBP in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Fluency in English and Turkish
