Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Director – B2B to lead our national business-to-business sales efforts. This is a strategic leadership role that requires a results-driven, visionary leader with deep sales management experience in B2B markets, ideally within lubricants industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B sales plans aligned with ALC’s strategic goals
  • Lead national sales forecasting, performance tracking, and resource allocation
  • Manage key customer negotiations and oversee the entire B2B product portfolio
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to support long-term growth
  • Build a high-performing, growth-oriented sales team through coaching and mentorship

Qualifications

  • 12–15+ years of experience in B2B Sales, ideally in lubricants or oil & gas
  • Proven experience in managing large sales teams and distributors
  • Bachelor’s in Sales & Marketing required
  • MBA preferred
