Job Description
We are looking for empathetic and tech-savvy individuals to provide remote support for a leading tax software program as independent contractors, especially during the peak tax season. You will handle inbound calls, assess customer needs, and resolve issues using video chat and screen-sharing tools.

- Commit to a minimum number of service hours during tax season
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills and ability to use multiple applications

- Experience in customer support
- Operating System: Windows 11 (64-bit)
- Ability to provide services as an independent contractor
