Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst specializing in Roads Operations and Maintenance (O&M) to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets related to road infrastructure, maintenance activities, and traffic patterns to drive data-informed decision-making and optimize our road network management.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to road operations, maintenance activities, and asset performance
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for road infrastructure
- Conduct statistical analyses and create predictive models to forecast maintenance needs and traffic patterns
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to identify areas for improvement in road maintenance processes
- Utilize GIS software to perform spatial analysis of road network data
- Develop and implement data quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of analyses
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, concise reports and presentations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and road infrastructure management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the transportation or infrastructure sector
