Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Project Cost Controller with an experience in Cost Analysis to work in our Project Management Department. He will manage project financials and support the Project Manager in managing budget. This role involves conducting cost analysis, and ensuring financial compliance. The ideal candidate is a Project Lead who has experience with budget and cost analysis.
Responsibilities
- Manage project budgets, expenses, contracts and financial forecasting
- Conduct cost analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Monitor project financials and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
- Collaborate with finance teams for financial reporting and compliance
- Assist the Project Manager in financial planning and decision-making
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to optimize project resources
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a must
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management
- Familiarity with project financial planning and forecasting
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- A focus on budgetary control with a strong eye for details
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to interpret financial reports
