Job Description
Position: Compliance Officer Specialist (Environmental, Equal Opportunities, Government)Type: Hourly contractCompensation: $40 - $80/hr payLocation: RemoteCommitment: 10–40 hours/weekRole ResponsibilitiesMonitor and investigate compliance with environmental, equal opportunity, and government regulatory standards related to AI training activities.Identify, document, and follow up on compliance issues and potential regulatory risks.Evaluate applications, records, and supporting documentation to determine eligibility and regulatory adherence.Advise individuals, licensees, and organizations on licensing, permits, and regulatory requirements.Prepare clear and detailed compliance reports, findings, and recommendations.Collaborate with internal teams, officials, specialists, and applicants to clarify facts and support informed regulatory and licensing decisions.Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, explanations, and corrective guidance.Interpret evolving regulations, policies, and best practices and apply them to operational and AI training workflows.RequirementsStrong professional background in regulatory affairs, environmental compliance, equal opportunity compliance, or government investigation.Strong understanding of licensing, permitting, and regulatory enforcement processes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex regulatory requirements.Strong analytical and investigative skills with high attention to detail.Experience preparing structured compliance reports and formal recommendations.Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders in regulatory and operational settings.Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.Application Process (Takes 20 Mins)Upload resumeInterview (15 min)Submit form
