Job Description
Jebla Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee café dedicated to high-quality beans, precise brewing, and exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve specialty coffee and beverages while delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
- Provide friendly, professional, and personalized customer service
- Educate customers about coffee origins and brewing methods
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar and work areas
- Handle cash and POS transactions
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a café environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic English communication skills
