Lead post-sales excellence and drive retention, renewals and expansion for a fast-growing fintech/software business.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end post-sales journey
- Monitor customer health and growth metrics
- Design and execute strategies for retention
- Coach the CSM team
- Report CS KPIs to senior leadership
Qualifications
- 8+ years in Customer Success / Account Management
- Experience leading teams for 3+ years
