Job Description
As the Managing Director of ABB Academy Saudi Arabia, you will lead all academy functions, ensuring relevance, driving growth, and fostering effective program delivery. You will be responsible for setting and executing the academy's strategy, overseeing operations, and positioning the center as a trusted partner in technical training within Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Drive commercial strategy, market growth, and KPI delivery
- Oversee full product and solution lifecycle and P&L performance
- Optimize pricing, cost efficiency, and standardized processes
- Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements
- Establish and commission academy facilities and labs
- Build and manage partnerships with ministries, universities, and employers
- Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in senior operations or HR roles
- Senior management experience in education/vocational training or human capital development
- Proven track record in training management or large-scale talent development programs
- Saudi National preferred
