HR EXECUTIVE / OFFICER FOR OMAN PVT HOSPITAL
Job Description
Oman Pvt Hospital is seeking an experienced HR Executive / HR Officer to manage key human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, training, and policy management within the hospital.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation
- Manage employee relations and grievances
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and health and safety standards
- Conduct regular training sessions
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records
- Assist in performance management
- Conduct exit interviews
Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 3 years in HR, preferably in healthcare/hospital industry
