Associate Director / Project Lead
Job Description
Egis is seeking an Associate Director to lead the design development and successful delivery of architecture projects. You will manage project teams, monitor project health, and drive effective team coordination through client meetings and internal reviews. The role involves strategic oversight, financial coordination, and business development including pursuing new opportunities aligned with company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead design development and successful delivery of projects
- Manage project teams and resources across large-scale projects
- Coordinate with Project Control and PM teams for reporting and risk identification
- Maintain strong relationships with client senior management
- Lead the implementation of quality management systems
- Support career development through mentoring and performance management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Act as a local architectural representative
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
- Minimum 19 years of experience in architectural design consultancy
- At least 9 years of local/regional experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of local and international building codes
- Experience managing large, multidisciplinary design teams
- Experience delivering high-profile international projects (hospitality, high-rise, mixed-use)
- Membership with CIOB or RIBA is preferred
