Job Description
As a Sales Manager, you sit at the point where brand ambition, commercial performance, and human leadership meet. You will lead the retail floor, shape customer perception in real time, and be directly accountable for results, standards, and team excellence across flagship stores and pop-up locations. This role is about presence, judgment, and influence.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and hold a team of Product Specialists accountable
- Drive sales results through active floor leadership and live coaching
- Own the end-to-end customer experience
- Manage daily retail and pop-up operations and visual standards
- Partner with marketing, events, HR, and aftersales teams
- Track performance and translate customer feedback data into action
Qualifications
- 8+ years’ experience in sales, ideally within mid-luxury retail
- 3+ years leading teams with clear accountability for targets
- Strong commercial acumen
- Fluent English
- Valid UAE driving license
