Regional Sales Manager, Middle East
Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager – Middle East is responsible for driving the commercial growth of Vision RT’s Surface Guided Radiation Therapy (SGRT) solutions across the assigned Middle East territories. The role focuses on building and executing Vision RT’s regional strategy, developing market awareness, expanding adoption of SGRT, and achieving sales targets through a combination of direct key account engagement and distributor collaboration. This position plays a hands-on role in building pipelines, educating the market, and establishing Vision RT as the partner of choice for SGRT in radiotherapy.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute Vision RT’s sales and market development strategy for each country across the assigned Middle East region.
- Drive revenue growth for Vision RT’s SGRT portfolio and achieve assigned sales and pipeline targets.
- Actively develop and manage a robust opportunity pipeline from early awareness through closing.
- Increase awareness and understanding of SGRT clinical and operational benefits among radiation oncology stakeholders.
- Support educational initiatives, workshops, roadshows, and clinical meetings to drive SGRT adoption.
- Work closely with clinical teams to ensure clear positioning of SGRT value across different clinical workflows.
- Identify and develop strategic radiotherapy centers and reference sites to support regional market growth.
- Build strong relationships with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, RTTs, and hospital decision-makers.
- Identify regional physician and physicist thought leaders and support their engagement with Vision RT.
- Work with appointed distributors to execute joint business plans and country action plans.
- Monitor distributor performance and ensure consistent Vision RT branding, messaging, and customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Clinical Applications, Service, Marketing, and Management.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates for assigned territories.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in medical device sales or marketing, preferably in capital equipment or oncology.
- Exposure to public and private healthcare markets in the Middle East.
