Job Description
The Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Controller is responsible for managing project costs, budgets, and financial performance to ensure projects are delivered within approved financial parameters.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimates
- Monitor project expenditures and track variations
- Review and evaluate contractor invoices
- Conduct cost analysis and provide financial reports
Qualifications
- At least 15 years of professional experience in quantity surveying or cost control
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
