Production Manager Aluminum Manufacturing
Job Description
Plan, develop, and monitor production schedules to meet customer deadlines, quality standards, and output targets. Oversee all manufacturing activities including aluminum extrusion, casting, fabrication, and finishing operations. Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, maximize yield, and reduce defects and material waste. Manage daily operations of production staff, including task allocation, training, performance monitoring, and discipline. Ensure preventive maintenance programs are implemented to minimize machine downtime and production disruptions. Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies across the production facility.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Metallurgical Engineering
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in aluminum or metal fabrication manufacturing
- Arabic nationality and Arabic-speaking (mandatory)
