Landside Safety Director
Job Description
Lead and manage all functions related to terminal and campus safety. ensure organization adheres to regulatory requirements and occupational safety standards. Develop and implement landside safety strategies. Manage coordination of safety initiatives. Establish KPIs for landside safety. Lead maintenance of corporate safety policies compliant with regulations. Manage safety inspections and risk assessments. Lead safety training programs. Lead investigations of accidents and near misses. Collaborate with HR on wellness and ergonomic assessments. Coordinate with external agencies for safety audits and certifications. Assist in developing and managing the department budget.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety or related
- Minimum 12 years of total experience in occupational safety
- Experience in management or leadership role
