Hardware & Asset Management Engineer
Job Description
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of all ICT infrastructure assets within our dynamic sports and entertainment venues. You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of technologies, including Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI), cloud platforms, CCTV systems, and core network services.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of ICT infrastructure assets
- Ensure operational readiness and high availability of hardware
- Manage procurement, deployment, maintenance and retirement of assets
- Maintain records within ITAM systems
- Generate comprehensive asset reports for audits
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience managing lifecycle of HCI, cloud, CCTV, and ICT infrastructure
- Proficiency with ITAM platforms such as ServiceNow, Matrix42, SCCM/MECM
- Solid understanding of Windows Server and Red Hat Linux
