Customer Service Representative
Job Description
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing issuing centers (booths, postal centers, and bank branches). Key duties include providing various services to customers such as issuing and replacing cards, updating data, handling inquiries, receiving complaints, and delivering cash. The role also involves resolving problems and disputes, following up with company teams on updates, and promoting products to existing and potential clients while maintaining positive business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Managing issuing centers (booths - Postal centers - Bank branches)
- Providing all services to customers (Issuing cards - replacing cards - updating data - inquiries - receiving complaints - delivering cash)
- Resolving all problems and disputes
- Follow up with all company teams about the latest updates and developments
- Selling and promoting products to both existing and potential clients
- maintaining positive business relationships with clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or accounting
