Job Description
The Relationship Officer’s responsibilities include analyzing client data, contacting potential customers, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions. A successful Relationship Officer has good analytics skills in addition to excellent communication skills and sales abilities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user activity and loss rate to identify trends
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with users
- Gather user feedback and concerns for platform enhancement
- Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers
- Address inquiries about company offerings
- Identify customer needs and guide them toward suitable solutions
- Monitor customer retention rates
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales
Qualifications
- 1 – 3 Years work experience
- CMA Registerable Function - CME-1
