Business Development Manager ( Commercial Division )
Job Description
The Business Development Manager drives Jadeer Logistics’ growth across core service lines including Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance, Transport, and Warehousing. This role focuses on market opportunities and strategic partnerships aligned with Vision 2030.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-year business development strategies
- Lead pipeline generation and conversion across KSA and GCC
- Establish and maintain partnerships with ports and global forwarders
- Oversee tendering, proposal development, and contract negotiations
- Track and report BD performance through KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 8–12 years of progressive experience in logistics business development
- Familiarity with Saudi logistics ecosystem, Vision 2030, Mawani, and TGA regulations
