Job Description
We are looking for French-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality support and ensuring an excellent customer experience for French-speaking customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in French via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and account-related questions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
- Escalate complex cases when necessary
Qualifications
- Fluent French (C1/C2 level)
- Good level of English (B2 or higher)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Previous Customer Support experience is a plus, but not required
